Anomalous: Sketching the Impossible
The Artist Behind the Sketch
My name is Damon Wallace, and for over 3 decades, my life has been defined by the pursuit of visual clarity. As a professional illustrator and graphic artist, I have spent three decades translating complex ideas into tangible images. I’ve worked for Apple, Google and other high-profile clients. But my most important work hasn’t come from a team brainstorming session-it has come from a lifelong fixation with the things that defy easy explanation.
I am more than just an artist; I am an experiencer. I understand the weight of “high-strangeness”. I know the specific frustration of having a world-shifting encounter and finding that language is simply too narrow to contain it. This is why I created Anomalous. I realized that the community of witnesses and seekers deserved a dedicated resource—someone with the technical mastery to draw what shouldn’t exist, and the empathy to listen without judgment.
Respecting the Phenomenon
At Anomalous, I approach paranormal and UFO phenomena with a core conviction: These are real events. Whether an experience is literal in a physical sense or takes place in the unmapped corners of human consciousness, it deserves the dignity of a formal record. I treat every encounter as a significant moment in a person’s life.
Through this work, I have challenged myself to expand my own worldview, moving beyond the boundaries of what I once thought was “impossible.” My goal is to help others do the same—to bridge the gap between your extraordinary memory and a visual reality you can finally hold in your hands.
